Description

Pready Fast Set Concrete Mix is a fast setting pre-blended, ready to use mixture of  special sieved  sand, ash and a blend of calcium aluminate and portland cements packaged in a convenient bucket.

  Application 

• Empty contents of the bucket into a mixer.
• Slowly add water to the dry material .
• ( Add 7,25 lbs of clean water to 1 bucket ( 55,6 lb ) material.)
• Gently mix
• If the mix is too stiff add an additional ounce of water and re-mix. ( Adding too much water to the mixture will greatly reduce  overall compressive strength ) 
• After mixing  pour the Pready Fast Set Concrete Mix  into the  area.  It will be better to level horizontal slabs with a strike board before finishing the slab. Normal concrete finishing tools (float, trowel) are all that are needed to finish your concrete. 
• Avoid mixing too much material once at a time since the material that is mixed will harden quickly.
• Prevent freezing in cold weather applications.
• Application temperature should be between  41⁰F-95⁰F.

 

Caution  

• Contains various types of cements that may cause lung problems
• Avoid breathing its dust.
• Do not contact with skin and eyes.
• Use of gloves, dust masks and other protective clothing is recommended.

 

Cleaning of the used equipment

Equipments can be cleaned by water prior to drying..
